We're a community-run, not-for-profit organization. Every donation helps us keep programs affordable and bring new programs to more kids across Prince Edward County.

Why we need your support

County Kids Club is a registered Not-for-Profit Corporation in Prince Edward County. We rely on volunteers for a lot of what we do, and we also believe in fairly paying the instructors — including our own founding team — for the real time and effort they put into planning and running programs. Paying people fairly is part of what makes this sustainable for the long run.

We keep registration fees as low as we can so cost is never the reason a kid misses out. But low fees mean we rely on donations, sponsorships, and community support to cover the gap — equipment, facility rentals, insurance, and the cost of launching new programs.

A few common questions about giving to County Kids Club.

Is County Kids Club a registered charity?
County Kids Club is a registered Not-for-Profit Corporation, not a registered charity, so we're not currently able to issue official charitable tax receipts for donations. Every dollar still goes directly toward running and growing programs for kids in PEC.
How is my donation used?
Donations go toward subsidizing spots for families who need it, fairly paying the instructors (including our own founding team) who plan and run programs, equipment and program materials, launching new program areas, and covering facility and operating costs.
Can I make a one-time or recurring donation?
Yes — our donation page on YouthModo supports both one-time and recurring contributions.
Can I direct my donation toward a specific program?
If you'd like your donation to support a particular program or family, email us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
I can't donate right now — are there other ways to help?
Absolutely. You can volunteer your time, spread the word to other families, or join our mailing list to stay in the loop.
